About the Division / Team The Major Construction Projects division of ARTC is responsible for designing, constructing and commissioning all new major projects, including Inland Rail in Victoria. These projects range from track and junction upgrades and capacity improvements through to construction of new railway lines.Current projects overseen by the division include: Botany Rail Duplication (NSW) Cabramatta Loop Project (NSW) North East Rail Line (VIC) Narrabri to Turrawan Line Upgrade (NSW) Southern Highlands Overtaking Opportunities (NSW) Inland Rail Beveridge to Albury Tranche 1 (VIC) Inland Rail Beveridge to Albury Tranche 2 (VIC) Gladstone Siding Upgrade Project (SA) Torrens Rail Junction Project & Vulcanised Indian Rubber Cable Replacement (SA). Melbourne Airport Rail - ARTC Airport Package (VIC).
