We're seeking a Wind Farm Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Mumbida Wind Farm, Geraldton, WA, Australia ensuring that the site operates safely, is well managed, technically and financially disciplined, exceeding company and customer expectations. We are seeking residential applicants only, as FIFO and DIDO is not funded by the company.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Contribute positively to a ZERO Harm culture.
- Local day to day responsibility for Wind Farm oversight (daily site presence required).
- Completion of internal company reporting requirements, including monthly reports on site activities.
- Coordinate and execute maintenance activities with the site technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections.
- Preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance activities, including fault-finding.
- Ensure uptime is maximised to meet client and Worley objectives.
What you’ll have
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Trade qualification and current electrical or mechanical licence.
- HV switching qualifications are desirable.
- Extensive experience in heavy industry, wind turbine experience is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of industrial maintenance processes including CMMS.
- Proven capability to lead a maintenance or operations team in a heavy industry environment.
