Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans that align with the Council’s goals and community needs. Oversee the financial health of the Council, including budgeting, financial planning and risk management. Foster strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and local organisations, ensuring transparent communication and building community trust. Build and maintain a high-performing Executive Leadership Team, find organisational efficiencies and enhancing team capabilities.
