- Partner with the Executive Proprietary Lending and Head of Commercial Excellence to determine the quarterly Proprietary Lending priorities, supporting the quarterly planning cycle and facilitating delivery through relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Manage the leadership operations of the Executive Proprietary Lending, including ensuring strategic alignment of Proprietary Lending Leadership Team meetings to Personal Banking Leadership Team priorities, and ongoing management of key actions.
- Inform and advise Executive, Proprietary Lending on strategic opportunities to influence Personal Banking Leadership Team focus and priorities.
- Ensure any projects are consistently led and delivered efficiently and on time, including participation from business partners, and leading streams of work as required.
- Align business partners and Branch Effectiveness teams to deliver effective risk management, capability uplift, recruitment, and onboarding across Proprietary Lending.
- Partner with Personal Bank planning and change to effectively manage external priorities into Proprietary Lending in line with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Proven project delivery experience gained within banking roles.
- Demonstrated experience in working with and through multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
- Skills in influencing executives to focus delivery outcomes on the highest impact and value work.
- Extensive banking delivery knowledge with a flair for problem solving and creative solutions.
- Ability to work at pace, driving results and pivoting focus to support driving outcomes for critical work.
