People Systems Specialist Yourbusiness You work in the People Governance & Operations team in the People & Culture will work acrossacross all People & Culture departments acting as the systems administratorfor our core peoplesystems and identify opportunities for improvement to existing processes,functionality and maximise technology opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data managementand efficiency.

This positionis based in the Brisbane head office and is a full-time permanent position.

Your team You will workclosely with all departments in the People & Culture division as well ascross functionallywith other divisions including Information Office and Finance.

You will supportthe Head of People Governance and Operations in managing other internal stakeholders You buildrelationships across the business and are a key contributor to the team and achampion for People and Culture at Great Southern Bank.

Yourreporting lines You report tothe Head of People Governance and Operations.

Yourresponsibilities - Whilst your leader is the product owner of the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) platform and  - i Chris payroll platform you support development of the People Technology strategy for continual improvement and capability uplift. - Support the wider P&C team to streamline process and procedure using existing platforms while keeping an eye to the future for easy transition and development in future.

Your role You are a keycontributor in the People & Culture Technology strategy and keep youcolleagues updated on keychanges and opportunities with our People areaccountable for supporting maintenance and enhancement of the P&C systems environments,ensuring optimisation of people systems functionality.

Developingprocess maps for all administrative transactions, coaching the people andculture team and keeping on top of trends and required system upgrades. - You provide support across all division to users of the platforms, raising incidents and defects when necessary and adding to the knowledge base. - You are responsible for guiding the various P&C departments on the testing and deployment of changes within the People Platforms. - You oversee security profiles across the platforms and ensure their configuration is fit for purpose - Contribute, participate & be involved in team meetings, practices, community involvement, company events & initiatives. - Determine and make recommendations for system enhancements or customisation. - Recommend changes to the current process to ensure ongoing process improvement and take the lead in the implementation of identifiedimprovements. - Investigate and recommend future enhancements for systems and ensure current systems are being utilised and optimised to the fullest.

Yourexperience - Understanding of Cornerstone on Demand HR Management System/ i Chris payroll systems or similar. - Experience developing security groups that control access to sensitive systems and data. - Balanced business/technical focus with an eye for continual systems/process improvements - Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills. - Demonstrated tactical thinking with proven implementation of successful process improvement. - Growing knowledge of Human Resources and people systems - Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines. - Ability to lead change, influence as appropriate & facilitate as required with tools/resources. - Demonstrated ability with innovation & implementation of HRIS/Tools/Resources Your qualifications3+ years business or technology industry experience in a similar role.
