Our client has a large presence working as a contractor across Australia. Working with leading construction companies, the business is seeing continued growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager, coming from a construction background.
The Role
Working and overseeing a small team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the dependability of the company's financial information processes to ensure timely and precise financial reporting, compliance with regulatory obligations, risk management, and support for strategic business decisions.

• Craft financial strategies that are aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives to maximize effectiveness.
• Analysing data, variances, budgets, actuals.
• Ensure precise and punctual financial reporting in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Guarantee adherence to Australian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Ensure the operating budget/forecast is current and approved.

• At least 5 years' proven experience in a similar role.
• Construction background is a MUST.
• Proven longevity in a role.
• Tertiary qualifications required - CPA or MBA also preferred.

• Renumeration based on experience and negotiable from $140 K + superannuation.
• Office based in Western Sydney.
