We are seeking a talented individual to join our LGAWCS team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd (a business of Marsh & Mc Lennan). This role will be based in Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Senior Return to Work Consultant, you will be a trusted resource for our Members, focusing on Recovery and Return to Work services. You will provide proactive case management and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support injured workers and promote early intervention.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive Return to Work case management and early intervention services
Arrange and facilitate medical case conferences with GPs and specialists
Work closely with Claim Consultants, IM Consultants, WHS / Risk Practitioners and Members
Perform the function of Return to Work Coordinator on behalf of our Members
Provide coaching, advice and support to Members on LGAWCS programs
Complete various projects to support the Claims and Return to Work function
Undertake all duties in line with the Return to Work Act 2014, Regulations and the Code of Conduct for Self-Insurers
Qualifications
Experience in delivering Return to Work services
Exceptional relationship building, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Ability to travel to regional locations as required

Allied health qualification or qualification from a relevant field
