Base pay range

We have an opportunity for a Lawyer with 2-5 years experience in Family Law. The role is based at our head office in Campbelltown. We are looking for an applicant who has a keen interest in this area of law and aspires to a long term career, with opportunities for progression, within our growing Family Law practice. Skills and experience we would love
We expect that the successful applicant would:
have a desire to specialise in Family Law;
possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
maturity and confidence in dealing with all stakeholder associated with running a family law matter;
Ability to work autonomously and handle your own matters;
have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships;
provide a high-quality client service;
be able to work in a team environment;
have effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines;
Key Responsibilities but not limited to
Handling Family Law files with minimal supervision;
Provide timely and practical legal advice to clients;
Liaise with clients, third parties and Counsel;
Conduct legal research;
Preparing financial disclosure, Court documents including initiating Applicants and Affidavits;
Briefing Counsel;
Attending Court and Conciliations; and
Attending and conducting client meetings.
