BDO's VCS team partners with clients to unlock enterprise value, delivering transformative change across the M& A lifecycle and post‐M& A corporate transformations.

About the Team

We work with ASX‐listed companies, private equity funds and fast‐growing businesses, providing pre‐deal strategy, post‐merger integration, separation, carve‐out, CFO strategic initiatives and corporate/operational transformation.

About You

We seek experienced professionals who:
