Details of the Division and Team: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Cash Management team, covering the cash management requirements of all client sectors with key regional/global decision makers and influencers. Across the 35 markets we cover globally, we deliver cutting‐edge advisory and best‐in‐class solutions to meet the most sophisticated and demanding requirements of these clients, as well as industry specific businesses.
We are currently recruiting in Australia who will be primarily responsible for managing the Cash Management business onshore, engaging regulators, driving new sales, revenue growth and partnering with stakeholders to manage the various aspects of product, risk, operations, anti‐financial crime and compliance. The Cash Management business is on a growth trajectory with the aim to become a key pillar of the Corporate Bank in Australia in the coming years.

Your key responsibilities
Lead the Cash Management Solution Sales agenda in the branch, engaging local, regional, and global stakeholders across all Cash Management functions
Responsible for the branch's Cash Management P& L & Sales efforts, running initiatives to develop business revenue from various corridors and solutions, while ensuring compliance within the bank's framework
Be a key stakeholder in "building the Corporate Bank" and be part of the strategic decision‐making process regarding the Cash Management build‐out in Australia
Achieve new sales wins and revenue growth by engaging with key decision‐makers at the largest and most demanding clients. Advance relationships through stages: access, dialogue, material relationship, pipeline, mandate, and strategic advisor for inbound MNCs, intra‐Asia and outbound for the local listed companies
Provide expert advisory services on liquidity and treasury management to help clients optimise their cash and liquidity positions
Innovate together with regional and cross‐divisional teams on solutions to value‐add to client within the bank's product framework and commercialise these solutions for the Australian market
Independently manage the end‐to‐end preparation and coordination of regional/multi‐country RFP responses and presentations. Support mandate execution with Implementation & Service teams
Client engagements, pitches and presentations with a proactive sales strategy
Identify and implement revenue opportunities through cross‐sell initiatives with divisional partners
Collaborate with Corporate Cash Management and various Business Heads to roll out initiatives, launch campaigns and commercialise solutions at local, regional, and global levels
Negotiate legal terms for Operational Account Bank for financing collaborations and deals
Travel for pitches, training, conferences and meetings is essential in the Australian market
Complete ad‐hoc projects related to clients and accounts
Your skills and experience
Minimum of 8-12 years in cash sales or relationship management within a top‐tier international or regional bank
Proven track record in managing complex cash deals for local and international corporations
Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships, win and close new business
Experience in building a new business and able to deal with strategic items in an international setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong leadership, presentation skills, interpersonal and organisational abilities
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
Strong financial and analytical skills, with a methodical and structured approach
Proficiency in legal understanding and corporate treasury functions, with solid knowledge of cash and liquidity management products, especially in the Asia Pacific region
Strong client engagement skills with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth
A strong team player who can leverage various business functions and partners to drive growth
Proficient in PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, One Note)
