We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Hold a postgraduate qualification in mental health, and/or management and leadership, or relevant field of study. Strong motivational and leadership skills including the ability to think and plan strategically. Experience and knowledge of financial and resource management. Proven performance in meeting activity and financial KPIs. Knowledge of health funding processes including an understanding of industrial, legislative, and regulatory requirements linked to mental health services. Demonstrated understanding of safety and quality systems and how these apply to the public health care environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders including other health services, government departments, and NGOs. Demonstrated understanding, application, and innovation within a person-centred, recovery-oriented model of care. A current and valid driver's licence.
