As a key finance leader, you’ll support senior stakeholders, drive strategic insights, and help shape the future of the organisation’s capital relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting across sophisticated investment vehicles and capital partnerships, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles

Deliver commercial insights to senior executives to inform high-level investment and operational decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and treasury teams to embed new partnership structures and elevate financial systems

Ensure audit readiness and compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial obligations

Champion continuous improvement through participation in strategic finance projects and process optimisation initiatives

Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners 

About You

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

CA or CPA qualified 

Proven experience in funds management, private equity, real estate investment, or capital partnerships

Deep technical expertise in financial reporting standards and best practices

Exceptional analytical and Excel skills; a strong systems mindset is a plus

Strategic thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-performance environment

Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, commercial solutions
