Key Responsibilities
- Provide credit assistance while ensuring client best interests.
- Comply with ASIC regulations, NCCP, and Best Interests Duty.
- Manage a high volume of loan files from simple to complex.
- Maintain strong client relationships with proactive updates.
- Understand St Trinity’s developments to drive optimal client outcomes.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on lender policies and industry regulations.
- Build strong relationships with key bank and lender contacts.
About You
- 4+ years in residential mortgage broking, financial services or banking.
- Proven sales success and growth mindset.
- Strong knowledge of banking, investment market, and regulations.
- Expertise in financial analysis, credit standards, and compliance.
- Passion for client relationships and long-term success.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a mortgage broker.
- Accreditation with lenders.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
