About The Role: Handling cases related to divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, and other family law matters Managing property/financial settlements and family law files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures Working closely with clients, providing empathetic and effective legal counsel tailored to their individual needs Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating for their rights and best interests Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases for trial Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including experts and consultants, to support case strategy and resolution Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed and strategic advice to clients Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all client interactions and legal activities Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law Hold a valid practising certificate Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Competitive salary package Quick Career progression to Senior Lawyer Exposure to a wide network of legal professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections.
