Factory Hand / Pallet Maker / Forklift Operator

We are a family-run business based in the Illawarra, currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team.
This is a hands-on role involving pallet manufacturing, repairs, and general yard duties, with the opportunity to move into full-time employment for the right candidate.
Job Type Casual (with potential for full-time)
Responsibilities Pallet making (new builds)
Pallet refurbishment and repairs
Forklift operation
General factory and yard duties
Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
Forklift licence
Experience using hand and power tools (highly regarded)
