As a member of Marist Schools Australia, our educational philosophy is based on the teachings of St Marcellin Champagnat, the founder of the Marist Order. The College has developed significantly in recent years having expanded its facilities to provide excellent education opportunities for Year 7-12 students. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our College's infrastructure, ensuring our facilities meet the growing needs of our school community. The Facilities Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and day-to-day management of our College’s physical assets. Key Responsibilities: About You: We are looking for a motivated leader with experience in Facilities Management, Asset Management, and WH&S. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish, with a focus on sustainability and operational improvement. Additionally, candidates will have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to achieve both project and operational outcomes. Candidates should also have a strong knowledge of building, equipment and vehicle maintenance, asset renewal, repair techniques, and safety regulations. IT skills in conjunction with knowledge of systems including Telecommunications systems, public address, and Security/CCTV equipment. Essential Skills and Experience: Qualifications & Certifications: Relevant qualifications in facilities or property management.
