Experienced Baker

We are committed to delivering excellent products and outstanding customer service to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Baker to join our team.
The Role

The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of bread and bakery products while ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and baking a range of breads, rolls, buns and specialty bakery products in accordance with established recipes and production schedules.
Measuring, weighing, mixing, kneading, and shaping dough to achieve consistent product quality and presentation.
Operating commercial bakery equipment and ovens, monitoring baking temperatures and times to ensure optimal results.
Preparing fillings, glazes and toppings for various bakery items and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Monitoring ingredient quality, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring correct storage of raw materials and finished products.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety in the bakery environment.


Requirements Relevant Certificate III in Baking or a related trade qualification or at least three years of relevant full-time baking experience in a commercial bakery.
Demonstrated experience producing a range of breads and bakery products in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
