Executive Producer (Contract)

We’re looking for a senior-level Executive Producer to jump in and lead the charge across a range of bold, high-impact live events—activations, launches, conferences, and more.
You’ll be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our offices. This contract role is ideal for someone with deep agency experience, sharp production instincts, and a passion for bringing big ideas to life.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support a small team of producers across multiple projects.
- Own your own shows—from brief to budget to flawless execution.
- Develop strategic and creative responses to client briefs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate with our C. O. O to resource smartly and drive efficiency and profitability.
- Keep the energy high, the details tight, and the outcomes exceptional.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in senior production roles within event agencies (minimum 6+ years).
- A calm, can-do attitude—even when things are moving fast.
- Confidence in client-facing environments and pitching big ideas.
- A great communicator with a collaborative mindset and a love for building teams and culture.
