Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Estate Manager provides estate administration services and manages several deceased estate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day will consist of Managing a portfolio of distributable estates Communicating and liaising with estate beneficiaries and both internal and external stakeholders Ensuring the process for obtaining probate and distributing estates is carried out as per the will and as required by legislation in the relevant state Working collaboratively with other estate administration team members, administrative support staff Contributing to the review of standard estate letters, estate processes and procedures and being actively involved in finalising relevant documents Monitoring account transactions' accuracy and timely processing and attending to estate administrative tasks within required time frames. You are very organised, self-driven and have a 'can-do' attitude. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail. In addition, you enjoy working as part of a team and have a high level of resilience and emotional intelligence. You are efficient, enjoy improving processes, and your computer skills are exceptional. Most importantly, you enjoy building client relationships by providing a quality service. Previous experience working in a similar role and a tertiary qualification in finance, law, or a related field will be highly regarded.
