Whether you're an institutional, corporate, or private investor, Jarden's dynamic, responsive and flexible approach makes us a trusted partner in your Role As an Analyst within Jarden's Australian Equities Research team, you will be assisting in ESG research and analysis of listed companies across a broad range of sectors on behalf of institutional asset management clients, joining a top 3 (Peter Lee 2023) rated ESG Responsibilities: Assist in producing and writing ESG research and analysis on listed companies across sectors Data collection and analysis of key industry ESG themes and company-specific read throughs Assist with client and internal requests regarding ESGBuild client relationships both in Australia and NZAssist Australian and New Zealand sector analysts producing ESG notes Identify experts and assist with organizing client events on key ESG topics and assist in organising and running ESG field trips Interpret global ESG news/ market announcements and share with relevant analysts/ sales team About You You will possess a creative mind and use your initiative to 'think outside the square'.

You are a critical thinker who has the confidence to question the status quo.

You have the ability to build strong relationships across the research and sales team as well as with clients.

Resilience and ability to work pro-actively within a dynamic, high-pressured addition, you have: Minimum 1-2 years experience in the financial services sector Understanding of the financial services sector and market terminology Strong interest in ESG/ sustainability and desire to develop your knowledge Strong Excel skills and analysis including an understanding of corporate accounting A high degree of attention to detail and well-developed report writing skills Ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Engineering disciplines In return, we can offer you a great company and team culture within our fast-growing firm, and exciting long-term career prospects.
