Our impressive Anchorage Facility is located in the heart of the northern oceanside suburb of Mindarie. Anchorage provides a host of well-appointed amenities, with state-of-the‐art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier.
About You
You should ideally be an empathetic person with the following qualities:
A genuine passion and commitment towards assisting our residents to maintain their quality of life.
The ability to engage with team members, other professionals, and a wide range of people with both a high level of verbal and written communication.
The capacity to inspire trust and enjoy interacting with the elderly.
The role will be centred around providing a high‐quality care and effective nursing for residents that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice. You will be supported by and taking direction from the Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager.
A typical day will be varied and have you completing amongst other duties
Assisting with the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of residents clinical and care planning.
Contribute to the allocation of workload to ensure quality care is received by all residents.
Anticipating residents' changing health needs and manage requirements appropriately.
Ensuring all care documentation is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Supporting residents and their families by responding to queries and feedback in liaison with the Facility Manager
You will need to have:
A current AHPRA registration, Enrolled Nurse.
Experience in Aged Care and Dementia.
Full Australian working rights and able to pass national police clearance.
