About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work under the guidance and supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives to provide high-quality care, supporting individuals across a variety of healthcare needs. This role is ideal for nurses at any stage of their career, from novice to proficient practice. You'll remain accountable for your actions while contributing to a team that prioritises holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives Assist in the assessment and care planning of patients Deliver nursing care in line with regulatory requirements Monitor patient conditions and document care appropriately Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patientsYou must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
