This is a permanent part-time role, three days per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
An Employment Consultants Day involves:
Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment
Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey
Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
About You
Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must...
Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work part-time, three days per week (Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00 p.m.)
