ECT Educational Leader Position Available - Gledswood Hills

We are seeking an ECT-qualified Educational Leader to oversee and inspire our preschool-age group. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team, working alongside two other dedicated Educational Leaders in our flagship center at Gledswood Hills.
What You'll Do:
Lead the preschool age group, fostering a high-quality learning environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Work collaboratively with the Educational Leadership team to support and mentor educators, ensuring alignment with the center's vision and mission. Provide guidance on programming, planning, and documentation, championing best practices in early childhood education. Empower your team to nurture children's potential, inspire global citizenship, and uphold play-based learning as central to the curriculum. About You:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Have a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate.
- Demonstrate experience in leading teams and working in an early learning setting, preferably with a focus on preschool-aged children.
- Show a commitment to high-quality care, children's safety, and creating an inclusive and engaging environment.
- Exhibit a passion for professional development, reflective practice, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
