Strathcona Girls Grammar seeks to appoint an experienced and innovative educational leader to the position of Head of Tay Creggan, with a high level of interest in entrepreneurship and creating bespoke programs for students. The Head of Tay Creggan role is a pivotal leadership position and is responsible for the daily academic and wellbeing care of students, together with the operational needs of a standalone campus, to ensure high standards of learning and growth for the Year 9 cohort and staff. Working closely with the Year 9 Mentor Team and dedicated educators, you will provide visionary leadership, steer the implementation of top-tier wellbeing initiatives, and oversee each student's academic journey. Your excellent resource management skills will be required as you prioritise student welfare, learning outcomes, and growth of the Year 9 program.
