We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Educational Leader to join our team at Mac Killop Specialist School. As a Deputy Principal, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students and contributing to the success of our school community.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary in line with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, as well as generous leave entitlements. As a Strategic Educational Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of educational strategies that promote student engagement and academic achievement.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters student well-being and social-emotional growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A postgraduate qualification in education and relevant experience in educational leadership.
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in an educational setting.
• Demonstrated alignment with the ethos and identity of a Catholic school and a commitment to model these values as a leader.
