About the Role: This is a Middle Leadership position that will see the right candidate lead a renowned Music Department to further success. With an already great reputation for its music department and its achievements, the Head of Music will ensure that top-tier, inclusive, and inventive music education continues to be delivered within the classroom. They will also provide support and mentorship to a team of classroom music teachers and help to coordinate programs and performances. This will be done in conjunction with the leader of Instrumental Music and the leader of the Drama department, so great communication skills and collaboration are a must. Experience in leadership positions preferred, but not essential. This is a large, collegial staff room and the role will commence Term 1, 2024.
