Teaching Aides & Special Needs, Other (Education & Training) Position overview The Residential Experience Division has multiple positions available for Head of Residence at the ANU Campus student residences. The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio delivers on whole of university strategic priorities relating to our on-campus student accommodation, providing a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes. The Residential Experience Division works closely with a number of areas across the University including the University Experience Division (student safety, wellbeing support and clinical services), Facilities and Services, academic colleges and service partners such as finance and information technology. The Head of Residence is part of the senior management team and plays an important role in enabling residential students to experience a high-quality ad enriched educational, cultural and social experience. The primary role is to provide a community environment that supports the emotional, physical and academic development and enrichment of student residents. The position is also responsible for the overall operational management of the residence, in accordance with ANU processes and contractual requirements.
