Our client located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join their online marketing and sales team currently going through exciting growth. Your new role will be to assist in the organisations digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar, managing the online eCommerce site including creative development and execution of marketing activities. You will be an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.

Your new role:

Your responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion
Implement online sales strategies, including websites, CRM, social & eCommerce
Manage the performance of CRM and email marketing results, set benchmarks & report on opportunities and insights
Provide insights around site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics working with agencies providing you with Google Analytics
Monitor visitor behaviour and site utilisation (Crazy Egg/HotJar)
Manage relationships with 3rd Party Shopping sites (GetPrice, ShopBot)
Liaise with SEO/SEM Partners recommendations, Adwords
Ensure various campaigns are delivered effectively, on-time and on-budget
Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners such as third-party partners, suppliers, and multiple creative and media agency partners.
Manage monthly campaign deadlines and dates.
The successful candidate will have:

Strong demonstrated experience in Ecommerce setting and executing marketing strategy through innovation, creativity, and practical, on-time execution.
Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Digital Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics
A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude
Previous experience in a similar role ideally with a background in Retail.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Pronto and Magento highly regarded
