The purpose of the Ecommerce Director role is to oversee the growing marketplace ecommerce offering at Zenith across Australia and New Zealand. This role is accountable for the strategy and implementation of ecommerce initiatives on platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, e Bay, Citrus, Facebook, and Google. The role involves management of both ecommerce content and media initiatives for Zenith/Groupe clients.
Reporting to the National Head of Digital & Data, the role exists to accelerate the growth of ecommerce business. This role will have an opportunity to develop the offering and work across global hubs on best practice implementation of content and media strategies in marketplace ecommerce. Your scope will include:
Create and implement effective ecommerce campaigns across platforms/marketplaces (specifically Amazon, Google, Facebook, e Bay, Citrus) that deliver high-quality results. Develop audits, scorecards and use data to identify optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, budgeting and make recommendations regarding media and advertising opportunities.
