The Driver / Operations Assistant is a hybrid role responsible for providing bus driving coverage and supporting day-to-day operational activities across the business. This position involves operating buses on Airport, GGS and Charter services when required, while also assisting with vehicle movements, cleaning, inspections, and general site upkeep.
The role is hands-on and suited to someone who is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable working across both driving and operational support tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, complete routine checks, assist with minor repairs, and support the smooth running of depot and site operations.
This role requires a current MR licence (minimum), CPV Bus Endorsement (or willing to obtain), and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
