We’re looking for a passionate engineering leader who is excited by the opportunity to define, lead and execute the technical strategy for Campaign Monitor by Marigold, a fast-growing software company with more than 2 million customers at 150,000 companies and a global engineering team with offices across the globe. You’ll draw on your deep technical and management experience to shape the team structure, engineering processes, architecture, and contribute to the overall strategy of how we build amazing software.

Requirements

Experienced in managing a large team of very bright engineers building highly scalable, performant Saa S applications with outstanding success.
Have experience in managing people managers.
Experience defining and executing on a technology strategy.
Creating an environment where Engineering, Design, Operations, UX, and Product Management work together cohesively as a single unit.
Nurturing and innovating a product with a long history.
Must simultaneously encourage sustaining activities as well as innovation and change.
Experience working in Agile product development process.
Has adopted, implemented, and/or adjusted agile processes such as XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
Knows when to ask tough questions about projects.
Comfortable debating ideas with both developers and non-technical people.
