Overview: As a Structural Engineer you will utilise your knowledge and experience to: Engage in a diverse and impressive range of SFS and cold rolled steel projects. Apply your solid understanding of structural engineering principles and building physics to the role, producing all required engineering calculations and design packages for your projects. Utilise software tools such as Tekla and Tedds for design tasks. Collaborate with a team of highly skilled industry professionals in the design and engineering of projects. Qualifications / Experience: Degree qualified in a relevant industry related discipline (Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering etc.)Relevant industry experience in the design and engineering of cold rolled / SFS / light gauge steel products (minimum 1-2 years for Junior Engineers). A solid understanding (relevant to your level of experience) in the structural engineering principles and building physics. Ability to communicate effectively throughout the team and with external design team members and contractors to ensure a smooth delivery of projects. Operate in a timely and effective manner, managing your workload professionally to ensure time constraints on projects are met.
