Customer Service Advisor
Geelong Mazda is a family owned business that has been providing quality Automotive Services in Geelong. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work in our Service department.
As a Service Advisor you will be provided ongoing support and career progression opportunities.
About the role:
Provided end to end support for customers in the Service department
Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works
As a team, ensuring customer experience results exceed the benchmark
Ability to sell the benefits of the products and services
Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy
Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns
Be able to enjoy an upbeat working environment
Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism
Successful Applicant's
A high level of personal commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Current VIC Driver's license
Eagerness to learn and up skill
Current Police Check
