Job Description About the Role We’re excited to welcome two enthusiastic Process Workers to our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These hands-on roles are within our Coil Shop area. The positions are permanent full-time, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2.30pm, and Fridays from 6am to 12pm. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Supervisor, you will: Fit and braze metal components Measure, mark dimensions, and lay out materials Check and pressure test coil circuits Locate and repair faults Maintain accurate records Follow job sheets and engineering drawings Identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions Demonstrate and follow safe work practices Assist with other assembly functions on the line as needed We’re looking forward to having you onboard and becoming a valued member of our team!Qualifications What You'll Bring to the Role: Experience fitting and brazing metal components, understanding coil circuit diagrams, and having a background in fabrication (cutting and forming sheet materials). Previous manufacturing experience with a strong focus on safe work practices. Familiarity with power tools, brazing experience, and mechanical knowledge. Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
