12 Month Contract with Strong Views for Extension Located in St Leonards Exciting Opportunity to Work within a Global Company The Organisation Our client is a market leader in the financial services & technology industry and is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their growing contact centre team. Conveniently located in St Leonards, our client has a vibrant and dynamic environment with a strong team culture. This is a 12-month contract with intentions of permanency. This business places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers. The Opportunity The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls, online enquiries, and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to offer the best service experience will be best suited to the role. As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include: Responding to all customer/client enquiries via inbound calls regarding products & services. Obtaining quotes for customers/clients. Assisting with all customer satisfaction related enquiries. Suggesting related products (cross-selling) or upgrade products (up-selling). Supporting with telesales (outbound calls) to customers in relation to specific sales/marketing promotional campaigns when required. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, the below skills and experience are desired: Experience in call centre or customer service roles. Ability to build rapport quickly through a strong phone manner. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. High attention to detail with exceptional written and oral skills. An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge. Hours of Work Available to work Monday - Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm - rotating rosters.
