We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join our newly established Client Services team in our Head Office in Melbourne. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to make a meaningful impact in shaping a best-in-class Client Services department. Operating on a national scale, we provide investment management and loan origination services to superannuation funds, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices across the globe. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional investor experiences to a portfolio of institutional and private clients by responding to enquiries with timely and accurate data. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional first point client service to inbound investor enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Communicate proactively on investment performance, issues or risks in written reports. Provide ongoing support in process and system enhancements, data management and systems testing. Complete the KYC process for new clients across all product types. Manage the investor funding call process and allocations. Issue application and subscription forms to investors. Perform AML/CTF compliance obligations and KYC verification processes. Support due diligence of new institutional investors and provide online portal support (Labgroup). About You: Experience in client services, investor relations, or a similar role within the financial services industry. Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business or related discipline and previous work experience. Understanding of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes. Proficiency in relevant software platforms and systems, including CRM and data management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to convey information effectively and professionally in written and verbal form.
