About your new job :
Supporting the Credit Team, your responsibilities will include :
- Collection calls of overdue accounts
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries
- Issuing invoices and sending follow-up emails
- Organising payment plans where required
- Allocation of payments
- Processing credit claims
- Bank and debtor reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
About you :
- Previous background in Credit / Collections / Accounts receivable
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Previous experience in a product-based busy environment
- Knowledge of large ERP systems and good Excel
