Job Description Key Responsibilities: Business ·Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits. ·Analyze and report weekly on controllable, sales and profits to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking. ·Must be competent in developing and recommending operating plan, training budget and budget in addition to ensuring meeting established budgetary guidelines. ·Ensure crisis management system is followed as requires maintaining efficient operations. ·Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image. ·Management of Clients- Fulfil clients requests and follow up on clients’ feedback. ·Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. ·Liaise with Training Manager to conduct training for the team to improve on their communication and customer service skills. ·Manage, negotiate & review contracts with vendors ·To look at fulfilling shortage of staff and assist the team to fulfill clients requirements Sales ·Set sales target of the responsible areas and drive sales to ensure achieve target. ·Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps. ·Provide input to Managers on local programs to maximize the impact of Local Store Marketing. People ·With the agreement of Human Resources Director and Managing Director, take appropriate employment actions to ensure quality of management and proper staffing levels. ·Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/ systems and operational manual. ·Coach, counsel and develop Operations Managers in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans. ·Ensure proper training phases are successfully completed of all company restaurant personnel in relation to their development. ·Utilize a communication process to ensure all staff is aware of expectations and performance standards. ·Ensure that any government regulations are upheld by all management staff. ·Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual goals, managing performance, developing staff and providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximize overall performance and team motivation. Customer ·Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time ·Communicate Clients’ issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the clients’ experience, including resolving problems and complaints. ·Ensure all Managers/Trainees achieve targeted KPI Job Requirement: ·3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Manpower staffing industry ·Proven leadership qualities and track record for building and managing new functions and high performing teams. ·Prior experience in managing large operations and transitions and know-how of setting up and scaling of new functions. ·Resourceful, driven, adaptive and able to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines ·Must be willing to go to site and roll up sleeves to work with onsite team to service clients
