David Jones is the home of Luxury Beauty, with an offering of the best international Luxury Beauty brands. We are looking for world-class Counter Managers, with a fragrance experience, who are passionate about bringing these brands to life for our customers. Currently recruiting for vacancies across Hermes and Creed.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Lead from the front, inspiring your team to provide an experience Like No Other for our customers.
Share your passion for fragrance with your team, and our customers, inspiring them with product knowledge and recommendations.
Coach and mentor your team to build warm connections with their customers, going above and beyond to find the right scent.
Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience working within a customer-centric environment, ideally with fragrance.
Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our luxury fragrance brands.
