Your role, your contribution
Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
Answer external calls and manage front desk
Complete daily mail processing, banking, manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff
Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
Support the team with lodgements, filing and other tasks

What you will bring to the role
Experience in a Corporate Reception or a Frontline customer facing position
A proactive and team‑player with excellent Client and stakeholder relationship building skills
Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem solving and attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
