The successful applicants will:
Have experience in the similar role for at least 12 months
Experience or a passion for menu creation.
The ability to be self-sufficient, proactive and motivated.
Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift.
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Season food during cooking to achieve the desired taste and texture.
Portion and plate meals accurately, adding sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Qualification- Min Certificate 3 in commercial cookery.
