Responsibilities
Manage the end‐to‐end delivery of facilities management contracts across multiple locations in the South Pacific, working with a support team at each site.
Partner with clients and exercise direct oversight of subcontractor and coordinator management to ensure on‐time, on‐budget performance.
Maintain contract profitability and performance, meeting or exceeding all contractual KPIs.
Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Minor Capital Works programmes.
Support local industry initiatives and develop local team members in the South Pacific.
Travel as required to engage with customers, clients and team members on site.
