Marsupial Landscape Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to join our friendly, capable team. This full-time, permanent position is based at our yard in Yatala, supporting projects across South East Queensland. The role reports directly to the State Manager.
With over 37 years at the forefront of commercial landscape management in Australia, Marsupial Landscape Management handles large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across four states and various market sectors. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive client relationships
Coordinate with your team to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
Review contractual performance for compliance and identify conflicts or changes before renewal
Prepare monthly and weekly financial reports on contracts
Lead and manage your team to meet business objectives
Plan and schedule work effectively
Support business development initiatives as needed

About you:

At least 3 years' contracts management experience in the landscaping industry
Formal horticulture qualification is highly regarded
Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Traffic Control qualifications are highly regarded
Chemcert certifications
