Description

What you’ll do This role sits at the heart of how content gets planned, produced and delivered at TM. As a Scaled Content Operations Specialist, you will coordinate and support the delivery of high-volume content projects for global clients such as Skyscanner. You’ll work within structured workflows, liaising with editors, developers, linguists and project managers to keep everything moving accurately and on time. While you’ll be working with content, this is not a traditional writing role. However, you’ll still need a very strong grasp of the English language, as well as the confidence to write and refine copy within a larger system. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, spotting issues before they become problems and working closely with focused, talented and kind people, you’ll feel very at home here. TM provides genuine opportunities for growth and personal development. As our business evolves, so do our roles, creating room to learn, adapt and take on more over time. We value flexibility and make space for both the company and individual roles to grow alongside each other, with greater responsibility and earning potential for those who show initiative and capability. Plan and coordinate the delivery of high-volume content projects Write, edit and review content, applying feedback accurately Support editors and project managers with day‑to‑day operations Assist with project setup, post‑writing processes and production builds Liaise with clients to manage requirements and maintain project timelines Work closely with developers and other internal teams to troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track Understand application logic, data flows and content systems What matters most We are looking for someone who is organised, steady and accountable. You keep things moving, meet deadlines and flag issues early rather than hoping they fix themselves. You notice the little things, whether it’s a missing comma, a clunky sentence or a mipsselled word. (See what we did there?)You are practical, curious and comfortable learning new concepts. You enjoy understanding how things fit together, and are happy working within clear rules and structures. Working with AIAI is part of how we work. You should be comfortable using it as a tool, not a shortcut. Final outputs must always be clear, considered and unmistakably human. What you bring Excellent written English Strong organisational and time‑management skills Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal Confidence working to briefs, deadlines and structured feedback Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift gears when needed Comfortable learning and using new tools and platforms Sound judgment and a willingness to take responsibility for your work Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interest in technology, AI and data Nice to have Experience in content operations, project coordination or digital workflows Experience working with developers or technical teams Familiarity with task tracking tools such as Jira, Trello or Confluence Experience working with multilingual or global content Fluency in a second language Who we are TM is a Brisbane‑based content business helping global brands manage high‑volume content with clarity and care.
