Urbis shaping futures, your way The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Consultant or Associate Director to join our Brisbane Urban Planning team. You will have the opportunity to provide advice relating to the required tools, techniques and analysis associated with planning and development impacts. You will support new and existing relationships with clients and contribute to the overall growth of Urban Planning. The role is supported by a highly experienced Directors and a market-leading national Planning team. Urbis provides an exciting multi-disciplinary environment to refine your skills and grow your career. You will be: Providing advanced statutory and strategic urban planning principles and methods and the ability to apply them, including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans and the approval process and management. Managing medium to large size projects including scoping, costing of projects and formulating tenders. Maintaining and growing strong client relationships Supporting the delivery of strategic Planning projects and other national initiatives. Nurturing and developing individual staff members, through effective coaching and mentoring. About You: A minimum of 5 years' experience in Urban Planning Proven ability to manage and develop team members. Strong and confident communicator Passionate about producing insightful and high-quality advice Why Urbis?
