Client Details
Our client is a family owned business who focus on design and performance in all of their products with the desire to make things simpler and easier for all of us. As a key part of the team, you will drive sales and marketing activities to open up existing markets and develop into new markets in Queensland. This role will focus on Councils, Education, Industrial, and Public Facilities (i.e., Hospitals, Shopping Centres).
Description
- Initiate and prepare action plans and schedules to identify existing and potential markets that will drive increased sales.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through email, phone, and site visits.
- Increase general awareness of products and brand in the Queensland marketplace.
- Plan and execute relevant customer appointments with new and/or existing clients.
- Use reports and customer lists to follow up potential projects & clients.
- Work with outbound sales personnel to prepare and carry out targeted telemarketing campaigns to assist you in opening up new markets and maintaining contact with existing markets.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Utilise CRM system to ensure that tasks are managed and completed in a timely manner and activities are recorded accurately.
Profile
You will be a hunter and have an extremely high standard when it comes to relationship management and building, as well as in your presentation. With exceptional time management, you will strategically plan your meetings and visits for maximum impact in your geographical area. Having had experience tapping into your customer base mentioned above, you will draw on your contacts and excellent reputation in the market to grow and maintain their market presence.
Job Offer
On offer is a base salary commensurate with experience, a car or car allowance, as well as a highly desirable commission structure and OTE. The role will require travel as follows:
- Country QLD sales trips (1-3 day trips) approximately 1 trip per month. All expenses paid for.
- 2 weeks in Sydney for training upon commencement of the role (home for weekends).
- Travel to Sydney for a day trip approximately 1 day per quarter.
