Job Description

1. Drive new business opportunities to achieve sales targets within your dedicated territory by utilizing a creative approach to onboarding new businesses.
2. Manage and nurture key accounts within the aesthetic and cosmeceutical sector.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
5. Promote the company's product range through various channels.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
7. Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
8. Work collaboratively with the team to meet organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

1. A degree or equivalent in the dermal or beauty industry.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience within the beauty industry.
3. Excellent skills in relationship management and negotiation.
4. Strong understanding of the beauty market and consumer behavior.
5. A creative approach and resilient mindset to drive sales and achieve targets.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
