The successful Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant will begin their journey with industry-specific training and team support that will enable them to quickly become an essential part of our operation. What you'll be doing: You'll be an integral part of the recruitment process - from source to hire Your duties will include researching top talent, managing candidate databases, networking and calling potential candidates, conducting interviews, providing feedback on applications, and helping manage the entire recruitment lifecycle; from offering stage to onboarding success. You'll also ensure candidate expectations are managed throughout the recruitment process by providing accurate information about positions and client organizations as necessary. In addition, you'll engage in regular follow up activities throughout the selection process in order to drive better outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
