Role
Deliver safe, efficient and patient‐centred general orthopaedics at consultant level, including:
Outpatient clinics (schedule by agreement with the Clinical Director/CMO)
Theatre lists and peri‐operative care
Consultative support to ED and inpatient teams
Collaboration with community health services
Casemix includes pre‐/post‐op care, upper & lower limb, major joints, hip & back problems, fractures and acute injuries (adult & paediatric).
About You
AHPRA Specialist Registration (Orthopaedic Surgery, FRACS) or RACS Substantially Comparable assessment (IMGs welcome)
Broad general orthopaedics skill set
Demonstrated teaching and research experience
Commitment to evidence‐based practice and service improvement
